Initially, your lips may appear fuller due to temporary swelling from the procedure, but this effect fades within a few days, leaving you with beautifully natural and subtly enhanced lips.

If you have sensitive skin, you might be concerned about how it will react to permanent makeup. While the process does create a superficial wound, severe reactions like significant redness and swelling are quite rare. It’s normal to experience some redness and swelling immediately after the procedure, but these symptoms typically subside within a day or two. We take extra care to ensure the safety and comfort of clients with sensitive skin, adjusting the process as needed to mitigate reactions.

After your permanent makeup session, it’s normal to experience some itching and irritation as your skin heals. It’s crucial to avoid scratching or picking at the treated area to prevent scarring or uneven healing. The initial healing phase might include some redness and swelling, but this quickly diminishes, revealing the true color of your makeup. A touch-up session is scheduled 6-8 weeks post-procedure to assess healing and make any necessary adjustments to the color or shape.

Permanent makeup generally takes about 1 to 2 weeks for the initial healing phase, with complete healing taking up to 6 to 8 weeks. During this time, the color may appear darker initially and gradually lighten as the skin fully recovers.

Permanent makeup is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active skin infections, autoimmune disorders, severe allergies, cancer, or uncontrolled diabetes. It is essential to consult with a qualified professional and your healthcare provider to ensure safety and suitability based on your specific health conditions and treatment status.

A touch-up procedure is necessary for permanent makeup to ensure the desired color, shape, and precision are achieved and maintained. Initial application may fade or settle unevenly as the skin heals, so a touch-up allows for adjustments, color enhancement, and refinement to achieve the perfect result.
